Templates Block

Hello :)
I really like this template.
I'm using it on my blog.
I modified the code in blogger (width ,cell spacing and other).
I found a way to add some footer page elements on another blog.
it worked, but the css didn't recognize those elements.
And today, i was trying to find a way to add a page element INLINE with the header ( maybe to add Blogger pages or google ads).
Now, the right sidebar elements are starting from the right side-under the blog posts page elements.

My request, and maybe others bloggers request is:

If you could make and updated template, that would include 3 footer elements(in which the user cand put any widgets he would like).
If you have the time to modify it, it would be great.
I'll check back to see your updates.
